Driving Directions from Thonotosassa, FL to Brandon Honda
Getting to Brandon Honda from Thonotosassa is a relatively quick trip through eastern Hillsborough County. The primary route follows US-301 South toward Tampa before connecting with FL-60/E Adamo Drive near Brandon. Depending on where you’re starting in Thonotosassa, the drive is roughly 10 miles and typically takes around 18 minutes before traffic.
Step 1: Start from Thonotosassa, FL
Begin in Thonotosassa and make your way toward US-301, one of the main north-south routes connecting the community with Temple Terrace, Tampa, and the Brandon area. If you’re starting near Lake Thonotosassa or Hillsborough River State Park, local roads will bring you toward US-301 for the trip south.
Step 2: Follow US-301 South toward Tampa
Head south on US-301 toward Tampa. You’ll travel along the western edge of the Hillsborough River area and pass near Temple Terrace as you continue toward East Tampa. Stay on US-301 South as you approach the I-4 corridor.
Step 3: Continue South on US-301 Past I-4
Continue on US-301 South through the I-4 interchange. From here, US-301 carries you toward the industrial and commercial areas between East Tampa and Brandon. You’ll also pass near the Florida State Fairgrounds and MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre as you make your way south.
Step 4: Continue on US-301 South toward FL-60
Stay on US-301 South as you approach FL-60/E Adamo Drive. This stretch brings you closer to Brandon and the busy FL-60 corridor, with I-75 just to the east.
